Double shaft shredder is a strong tearing device with strong versatility. The equipment can reduce the speed of the equipment and increase the torque of the equipment. Through the powerful torque,can be used directly for the granulation and crushing of various high -hardness materials . The crushing operation is a multi -material processing double -spiral roller roller -type tear. Through the processing of the reducer, its large torque cutting tear technology can meet the needs of various waste items.

Crusher Main Body

The main body of the equipment uses steel plate welding to eliminate stress treatment/overall machine processing to ensure that the equipment is stable in long -term heavy load.

Blade

The blade is divided into: one claw, two claws, four claws, and multi claw blades. The thickness ranges from 10mm-80mm.

Design single -claws or multi claw blades and blade of different thickness according to the customer's materials and needs.

Knife shaft

Adopting high -intensity heavy loading special steel processing refining, more reasonable with the knife to provide powerful impetus for cutting.

The thickness of the shredder knife is divided into 15mm, 20mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm. The size can be selected according to the size of the object.

Motor System

Motors of well-known brands can also be configured according to customer needs. Motors and reducers adopt all copper core motors and steel plate welded reducers.
